Returns:

We at Neerox strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our mats and rugs. However, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns policy to make the process as smooth as possible.

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

    • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

    • Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Initiating a Return:

    • Please provide your order number and reason for return when contacting us.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
